No new SARS cases was reported in Guangdong from 10 a.m. May 17 to 10 a.m. May 18, according to statistics from Guangdong Government. In this period of time, no new death was reported also, and the number of recovered patients and suspected cases are 8 and 17 respectively.
By 10 a.m. May 18, the total number of SARS cases in Gunagdong was 1514, with 1363 recovered, 56 dead and 257 suspected cases.
