Mr. Huang Huahua, of the Han ethnic group, was born in Xingning, Guangdong Province, in October 1946. He started working in September 1969. He joined the Communist Party of China (the CPC) in June 1971 and is a graduate of the on-the-job postgraduate program at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.
