In meeting with Hong Kong high-level media delegation to Beijing, Vice Minister of Commerce An Min disclosed that to better put CEPA into effect, the Central Government has resolved to set up the Central Government and Hong Kong SAR Government "Joint Guidance Committee" - a standing organization guiding the implementation of CEPA as well as a mechanism for the Central Government and Hong Kong to discuss and review regular cooperation between the two places.
