Vice CEO of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Lan Tianfu expressed yesterday that, the money will be spent on accomplishing 4 major objectives, and reiterated that the zero-tariff regime under CEPA and the opening of the mainland service industries have to some extent exceeded the WTO commitments, which will facilitate Hong Kong business to explore the mainland market and make Hong Kong attractive foreign investment.
