The film "My Days in France" is to be put on big screen in Chinese mainland around August 10th to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Deng Xiaoping, late leader of China and architect of reform and opening-up policy, source releases yesterday (July 28th).
The film, with an investment over ten million yuan, tells stories of Deng's stay in France when he was young, studying, struggling for a living and pursuing his dream of communism.
During the five years he spent in France, from age 16 to 21, Deng Xiaoping grew from a patriotic youth into a Marxist. The experience embarks on his revolutionary career.
