(Xinhua Photo) A meeting of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on studying Selected Works of former party chief Jiang Zemin was held in Beijing Tuesday morning.
Hu Jintao, who is General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Chinese President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission,delivered a speech at the meeting.
Other Chinese top leaders Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Zeng Qinghong, Huang Ju, Wu Guanzheng, Li Changchun and Luo Gan also attended the meeting which was chaired by Wu Bangguo.
Li Changchun read out a decision of the CPC Central Committee on studying the selected works.
Jiang, born on Aug. 17, 1926, was former General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Chinese President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission.
