** The airport prepares two schemes. In Scheme 1, a customs controlled-zone will be set up in domestic arrival luggage claim hall, which can do luggage check and can free passengers from taking their luggage to go through the vast departure hall. Currently related department is applying for the set-up of this controlled zone. If Scheme 1 does not get approval, Scheme 2 will be adopted.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) passenger: Arrive at 2F, East 2 / West 1 / West 2 Directional Corridor => go to 1F International Luggage Claim Hall, get luggage and has it checked by customs => confirm your transferring luggage in domestic arrival luggage transiting desk => 3F International Departure Hall => Buy Airport Construction Fee, go through Sanitation Check, Custom Check, Immigration Bureau Check, Security Check => go through East 1 Directional Corridor to International Departure Lounge. It takes about 30 minutes in going through all procedures (time for queuing excluded) and 10 minutes in walking (time for sight-seeing excluded).

Non-EDI passenger: Arrive at 2F, East 2 / West 1 / West 2 Directional Corridor => go to 1F International Luggage Claim Hall, get luggage and has it checked by customs => Transfer in domestic arrival luggage transiting desk => 3F International Departure Hall => Buy Airport Construction Fee, go through Sanitation Check, Custom Check, Immigration Bureau Check, Security Check => go through East 1 Directional Corridor to International Departure Lounge. It takes about 30 minutes in going through all procedures (time for queuing excluded) and 10 minutes in walking (time for sight-seeing excluded).
