Q: Where to claim luggage?
A: The arrival hall in west zone has 8 luggage chains, with serial numbers all even numbers, from 2 to 16. The domestic arrival hall in east zone has 3 luggage chains, No. 7/9/11. Electronic screen on the wall opposite to the chain display the code and name of the flight. Stuff will check bar codes of the luggage claimed and the ticket at the exit.
