Q: What to do when miss a flight?
A: 1. Take the next flight if it is not fully booked, free of charge.
2. Refund: go back to where you buy the ticket and claim refund.
3. Airliner will charge 50% of ticket price if passengers claim refund after the scheduled departure time.
