A: Two hours before the flight.

A: Check in is closed half hour before the flight. And the airport recommend passengers to check in 1hour before the flight.

A: No. The design of roads are rational and the directional signs are clear inside the airport.

Q: Where is departure hall?
A: Taxi and airport bus can stop just at the gate of departure hall. The departure hall is in 3F of the building, with 8 entrances. There is a huge map of the building in the hall, helping passengers to know where the services are.

Q: What is the meaning of signs 'A-N' in departure hall?
A: A - East, B - West, C to N - Check in desks (F,G for international flight)

Q: Where is the departure lounge?
A: International departure lounge is in East Corridor 1, Zone A, Domestic departure lounge is in East Corridor 2, Zone A, while Southern Airline domestic departure lounge is in West Corridor 1 and 2.

Q: What is the meaning of boarding gate 'A/B***' printed on boarding cards?
A: A*** means your boarding gate is in Zone A, East Corridor 1 or 2, while B*** means your boarding gate is in Zone B, West Corridor 1 or 2.

Q: Where are the shops, post offices and restaurants?
A: They are mainly in 2F, the floor for passengers to relax. Also there are a few in 1F.

Q: Is it easy to get lost inside the building?
A: No. There are over 400 directional signs inside the building, classified into 13 types: flight information displaying, check-in zone direction, check-in desk display, boarding gate direction, boarding gate display, luggage claim direction, luggage claim chain info display, luggage claim display, luggage check chain info display, hall info display, security check direction, etc.

Q: Is it easy to find the check in desk?
A: You just can not miss it. All check-in desks are in departure hall.

Q: Take a long time to check in?
A: No, the 168 check-in desks are all equipped with most advanced information system.

A: Yes. New airport, new boarding cards. The new one is magnetic.
