A: Departure Hall => Quarantine Check => Customs => Check in (Boarding Card, Luggage) => Buy Airport Construction Fee (RMB 90) => East 1 Directional Corridor => Passport Check => Security Check => Departure lounge => Boarding

A: After quarantine Check and custom claim, go to Check-in Hall and check in at Desk 1-18 of G zone and Desk 17,18 of F zone (totally 20 desks).
Q: What is needed while checking in?
A: Ticket, Passport, Visa and travel certificates.

A: 16, from No.1-No.16.
Q: Any special check in services?
A: Yes, special check-in desks are to offer various services to First-Class, Business-Class passengers, holders of Southern Airline Pearl Club gold/silver cards and to special passengers as wheel-chair passengers.
Q: Is it easy to go a wrong way while boarding?
A: East 2 directional corridor, the domestic flight lounge, is totally separated from East 1, with boarding gate numbers from A17-31. It is almost impossible to go a wrong way.
Q: Shall passengers wait a long time for custom check?
A: Airport get 18 customs check desk to ensure passengers do not have to wait to long.
Q: Where is the security check?
A: There are 5 security check desks before East 1 directional corridor.
Q: The weight control of luggage checked?
A: First class 2 pieces, 40 kg, biz class 2 pieces, 30 kg and economy class 2 pieces, 20 kg.
Q: Shall every one buy airport construction fee?
A: With some exception, including:
a) International passengers that transiting at domestic airport and staying in the controlled zone. An international passenger that has immigrated and is transiting to domestic flight shall buy airport construction fee.
b) Diplomatic passport holder who emigrates by taking international flight at mainland/Hong Kong/Macao airport
c) Child under age 12.
