Citibank's ATM at international arrival hall of Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou, is put into use today (Mar 31). This is the first ATM owned by foreign bank in the airport. Currently, the machine can only offer Renminbi withdraw business to holders of Citibank card, Master Card, Cirrus, Visa, Plus and Diners club International.
