Scientific garbage disposal conducive to environmental protection

Chen Xiaohua, a dustman from Chikan district of Zhanjiang city, has attended the two sessions three times, “I was much pressured the first time I was elected the NPC deputy, but now I’m more confident about the proposals after sufficient preparation,” Chen said.

Chen Xiaohua will propose about how to collect and dispose household garbage in urban and rural areas more scientifically to protect the environment and the wharf management on the south and north bank of Qiongzhou Strait.

Strengthen supervision of land transfer

Lin Shuixi, a local entrepreneur who grew up in the countryside, has paid much attention to the “Three Rural Issues”, which refer to agriculture, rural development and farmers. He will raise proposals about strengthening supervision and administration of land transfer, management about the construction of agriculture industrialization and informatization, and national support and supervision for the sugar industry.

Lin said that he had done many interviews and much research to propose the suggestions for break through the bottleneck in land transfer.
