The 2nd 21st Century Maritime Silk Road China (Guangdong) International Communication Forum kicked off in Zhuhai on Sept. 19th. Luminaries including former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and 2011 Nobel Laureate in Economics Thomas J Sargent attended the forum and shared their opinions on Guangdong’s development.
