  David Bonderman is a distinguished and prestigious figure in venture capital field in the world. He is a founder of Texas Pacific Group (TPG) and its Asian affiliate-TPG Newbridge which is a very well-known venture capital company in the world. Mr. Bonderman serves as a principal and founding partner of the TPG Group. TPG invests primarily in restructurings, recapitalizations,buyouts and high technology in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Mr. Bonderman has played a key role in TPG Newbridge Investing Shenzhen Development Bank.
  Prior to forming TPG, Mr. Bonderman was Chief Operating Officer of the Robert M. Bass Group, Inc. in Texas. Mr. Bonderman was a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. in 1093, where he specialized in corporate, securities, bankruptcy and antitrust litigation.
  Mr. Bonderman was a Fellow in Foreign and Comparative Law in conjunction with Harvard University during 1967 to 1968. In the following two years, Mr. Bonderman was Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney General in the U.S. government. From 1969 to 1970, Mr. Bonderman worked as a researcher on foreign laws and comparison in Harvard University. Mr. Bonderman serves as member of the Board for many listed companies, unlisted companies, and non-commercial organizations, including American Continental Airline, Jinpus Company, Bell & Howell, Burger King Inc.; CoStar Group, Inc.; Genalto N.V.; and Ryanair Holdings, Magellan Health Services, Paradyne Networks, ProQuest Company and so on. He also serves on the Boards of the Wilderness Society, the Grand Canyon Trust, the World Wildlife Fund, the University of Washington Foundation and the American Himalayan Foundation.
  Mr. Bonderman graduated with excellent performance from Harvard Law School in 1966. He was a member of the Harvard Law Review and a Sheldon Fellow. He graduated from Washington University in Seattle in 1963.
