The consular tour visited Mingyang Electric in Zhongshan, the second largest megawatt wind-turbine manufacturer in China with main partners and competitors like Siemens, ABB, GE, Schineider, etc.

The consular tour wrapped up their trip to Pearl River west bank with a visit to Zhongshan's wind turbine manufacturer Mingyang and its National Health Technology Park.

Mingyang, together with the LED producer Neo Neon in Jiangmen, the solar panel and system producer Singyes in the tour had drew much attention of the consular tour for their R&D in energy saving and new resource application.

The consular tour members tried the Chinese herbal nutrition essence produced in National Health Technology Park in Zhonghsan.

Israeli CG Mr. Avraham Nir said exactly on the evening he visited Singyes, an Israeli company consulted him on finding more solar panel manufacturers in China. Mr. Nir said that they were making efforts to bring more Israeli and Guangdong companies together for R&D cooperation for the two places are both paying much attention and inputting a very high proportion of GDP to R&D. According to Ms. Magalene Woo, President of Canadian Chamber of Commerce in South China, they will also have further contact with Singyes, which is now looking for cooperation in technology and investment from abroad.
