The third volume of "the 29th Olympic Games World Stamps Collection", with only 30,000 sets issued worldwide, was sold in Guangzhou on July 29th. The price for the four volumes of the collection was 29,800 Yuan. The first two volumes were issued in April and May separately. The fourth volume would be sold on the date of the closing ceremony of Beijing Olympic Games. The "World Stamps Collection" was advocated by the Former President of International Olympic Committee, Samaranch and had the largest issuance in the history of the Olympic Games.

The third volume of "World Stamps Collection" collected the stamps issued for the Beijing Olympic Games by 120 countries, including "Beijing Olympic" Theme Stamps and the entire set of Beijing Olympic stamps issued by China. It also collects 120 Olympic silky brocade medals designed mainly by America and 6 24K gold layered stamps designed by Italy.
