From November 8 to December 19, when the Guangzhou Asian Para Games end, the artistic performances of the Asian Games series, which are performed by over 2,000 artists coming from 20 countries such as Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea and Cambodia, will present on the stage in succession in 17 playhouses; such as the Xinghai Concert Hall and the Baiyun International Convention Center.

As is reported, 38 programs are to be unveiled on the stage this time, which are selected from over 300 programs recommended both at home and abroad. These programs include not only excellent operas from other Asian countries and regions - such as the dance program Sachoom of Korea - but also wonderful operas at home such as the Green Magic, one Wu opera which originated in Hangzhou, and some artistic masterpieces featuring strong Liangnan culture, such as the Oriental Sounds of Nature, which was elaborately prepared by eight art groups of Guangzhou. These programs embody well the characteristics of cultural exchanges of each country, of Chinese art and culture and the rich Lingnan culture.

It has been stated that the number of performances of this scale far surpasses that of the performances of the ninth China's Art Festival held in Guangzhou, and is the largest arts performance activity in the history of Guangzhou. On December 6, Xu Yonghong said that so far 238 performances from 31 programs of the Asian Games Arts series had been put on the stage, and 160,000 visitors and citizens had watched these performances, among which 110,000 enjoyed the gift bags of the Asian Games and watched the performance free of charge. These performances were well received by the viewers.
