Guangdong governor Huang Huahua inspected the ongoing Chinese Export Commodities Fair yesterday (April 17) at the Liuhua and Pazhou complexes. He called on export companies to optimize the commercial structure and develop high value-added products.

Huang commented that the Canton Fair has made progress in 3 aspects including; a first-class exhibition level, improved enterprise structure and more self-developed brands. Huang said that he¡¯s confident the Canton Fair will continue to improve. Guangdong government will take efforts to build Canton Fair into the No. 1 fair in China. The Guangdong trade delegation has made deals valued at about 1 billion USD in the first two days, up 16% over the same period of last year.
