Chef's Delights
The in-house Chaozhou chef has put together some very special dishes, including steamed beancurd with preserved vegetables, pan-fried pomfret, stewed ham with mustard and a special country pot.

Sample special dishes like shrimp and tomato pasta (RMB 60), braised lamb with red wine (RMB 70), spinach and cheese stuffed chicken (RMB 70), all with a homemade tossed salad. Chateau Saint Pierre Dry Red (RMB 45 per glass) and Montepulciano D'abruzzo DOC, Campagnola (RMB 55 per glass).
