The 3rd plenary meeting at the 1st session of the 13th Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress was held on the morning of January 31st, and Ma Xingrui was elected as the Guangdong Governor at the meeting.
Lin Shaochun, Xu Ruisheng, Li Chunsheng, Huang Ningsheng, Ye Zhenqin, Chen Liangxian, Ouyang Weimin and Yu Yanhong were elected as the vice governors.
