Liwan district, Guangzhou is to hold a conference in Hong Kong on Feb. 19th in a bid to attract investment for developing its service industry.
40 projects, including Bantang Delicacy Street, Crystal and Stone City, Fashion zone, etc., will be promoted in the conference, with two Hong Kong Towns, say Cyber plaza and CEPA Hong Kong Plaza, as key projects.
According to relevant official, with the aim to boost service industry of Liwan district, these two new Hong Kong Towns will be different from the first Hong Kong Town in Guangzhou, which has been developed into a duty-free shopping center.
