China and Singapore played to a 0-0 draw in the Asian Cup Qualifier Group E in Singapore on Wednesday (Sep 6th) night.
It was a big match at the Singapore National Stadium for both the Lions of the city state and the visiting Chinese national soccer team.
In the first half, Singapore's Mohammad Shahril scored one goal for the host team, but the goal disallowed as he had handled the ball.
In the second half, both teams tried hard to break the deadlock, but unfortunately, the match ended without goals.
The Chinese team had beaten the Lions 1-0 in China's Tianjin on August 16.
After Wednesday's match, China is now at the top of Group E with seven points, ahead of Iraq, which has 6 points.
