Arsenal secure a 1-0 win over Manchester City thanks to a penalty-kick from Rober Pires while Jermaine Jenas scored a second-half free-kick to earn Tottenham Hotspur a 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Saturday.

Arsenal should have won by a greater margin at Highbury if they had not squandered some chances.
