Singer/actress Jessica Simpson will have her "perky and cute" breasts surgically enhanced if they ever start to sag.
The buxom Sweetest Sin star refuses to rule out having a breast reduction as she contemplates the effect pregnancy could have on her curves.
She says, "If I have kids, and they're hanging to my waist, that's when I might start to think about having something done to them. Right now, they're perky and cute!"
