Best known in the West for her femme fatale role in Wong Jing's 'Naked Weapon' in 2002, model-turned-actress Maggie Q is to play a formidable sniper in Daniel Lee's upcoming martial arts thriller 'Dragon Squad'.

In the film, veteran actor Sammo Hung leads an Interpol team against a ruthless international terrorist set loose on the streets of Hong Kong.

'Dragon Squad' also stars Andy On, Vanness Wu, Simon Yam, and Hong Kong singing star Joey Yung.

Veteran Hong Kong stuntman and action director Chin Kar-lok is choreographing the action sequences.

Last year Maggie Q starred in the romantic comedy 'Magic Kitchen.'
