The 24th National Police Practical Pistol Shooting Competition kicked off in Foshan, Guangdong Province on August 10th. The competition will last 3 days.
More than 200 athletes from all over the country gathering at Guangdong Police Training Center to compete for the title of Sharpshooter, including two teams from Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Furthermore, members hoping to attend the 2nd World Police Service Pistol Shooting Championship will be selected during the 3-day competition.
Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department stated that the competition has adopted newly formulated rules for the practical shooting competition, simulating handling attacks in public places, and breaking into rooms for rescue and capture.
