Guangzhou Opera House celebrated 7th anniversary

Guangzhou Opera House celebrated 7th anniversary. Recently, the Guangzhou Opera House held a "since we met" 7th anniversary promotion performance. Artists, audiences, the media and staff were invited to share their stories with Guangzhou Opera House, which triggered the discussion of "the impact of art on the city and how art changes people’s life".

　In the past 7 years, the Guangzhou Opera House brought a lot of classical projects, especially the famous opera "Turandot" "La Traviata" "Magic Flute", the peak of musical history "Theater Phantom", Maryinsky Ballet "Swan Lake" "Romeo and Juliet" and so on. All of them bring gloria to this "Guangzhou cultural landmark ".

In 2017, the Guangzhou Opera House will continue to serve as a cultural bridge connecting the world with Guangzhou, and bringing more top performance to the audience. In June, Isabelle Huppert, who become the best actress of Cannes, Berlin, Venice Film Festival because of her wonderful performance in the film "she", will visit Guangzhou, and read Marguerite Duras’ classic works "lover". In September, the grand opera Aida will be debut.

During the 7th anniversary of the Guangzhou Opera House, there were ten wonderful performances from seven different countries and regions will be on show in May and June, covering music, dance, drama, opera.
