In 2017, the Guangzhou Opera House (GOH) will continue a number of popular performances. GOH Anniversary Season on May, Whole Summer's Fun on June to August, New Year season on December, and the Music Garden and Weekend Opera throughout the year. The GOH also has some new ideas. There will be Ladies Arts Festival on March to April, International Theatre Festival from June to September , and the Hong Kong Arts Months on July to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong. 2017 GOH Grand opera production AIDA by Verdi
Aida is an opera in four acts by Giuseppe.Through the touching arias and duet, magnificent chorus, orchestra, and beautiful dance, the opera described a love story. The Egyptians have captured and enslaved Aida, a Nubian princess. An Egyptian military commander, Radamès, struggles to choose between his love for her and his loyalty to the Pharaoh. To complicate the story further, the Pharaoh's daughter Amneris is in love with Radamès, although he does not return her feelings.
In 2017, the GOH will spend heavily to create these top masterpieces. With Franco Zeffirelli director, Italian Scala opera premiere version, it will be magnificent scenery. Ten 40-foot containers contained props, clothing, proportionate restoration of the Sphinx, the Nile, the solemn ancient Egyptian temple. It will lead the audience to ancient Egyptian civilization.

The Berlin Philharmonic is an orchestra based in Berlin, Germany and is consistently ranked as one of the best orchestras in the world.
Sir Simon Denis Rattle OM CBE (born 19 January 1955) is an English conductor. He rose to international prominence during the 1980s and 1990s, while Music Director of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (1980–98). It was announced in March 2015 that Rattle would become Music Director of the London Symphony Orchestra from September 2017.The programme including Don Juan by Richard Strauss, Piano Concerto No.2 by Béla Viktor János Bartók, and Symphony No.4 by Johannes Brahms. The pianist Lang Lang will also join this performance.
