Stars finally say 'I do'- China - News Brief

After a relationship of more than 19 years, Hong Kong actors Tony Leung and Carina Lau will tie the knot today in Paro, Bhutan. They had wedding photos taken in the country's royal palace in traditional Bhutanese costumes lent by the royal family. Lau said they decided on the wedding date a year ago but had only selected a venue in April, from candidates including France, Italy, Japan and some Southeastern nations. The Himalayan country stood out because of its "peaceful combination of nature and people." Wong Kar-wai will "direct" the wedding in the Uma Paro Hotel. Leung is 46 and Lau, 44, is a native of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province.
