All six nations still need more discussion for the final agreement, said an official from the Republic of Korea (ROK) who is attending the ongoing six-party talks on Friday (Sep 28).

He said he could not make any comment on the current situation that was not clear yet.

He added that all problems under discussion were interwoven and it's hard to say which one was the focal point of today's talks.

The ROK delegation held a news briefing late Friday.

ROK Top negotiator Chun Yung-woo said all parties had the aspiration of reaching a joint document, and the ROK had submitted its own draft.

The heads of the six parties held a meeting this morning, exchanging views on the declaration and disablement of nuclear programs of Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), according to Chun Yung-woo.

The ROK held meetings respectively with China, the DPRK, and the United States after the delegation heads meeting.

The second phase of the 6th round of Six-party talks started on Thursday and was expected to last till Sunday.
