For a better investment environment and to reduce procedure costs for foreign companies, the Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangzhou Municipality recently launched a 'Foreign Capital Companies Online Register System'.
With the new online system, applicants can get business licenses easily at home. Some business licenses of other provinces can also be claimed online.
This is the first online system for foreign companies in mainland China.
