China Aims to Improve Education Quality

China's vice Minister of Education Chen Xiaoya says that China is committed to improving its quality of education. 
 
She made the remarks at the 47th International Education Session in Geneva.

Chen Xiaoya says China's education reform focuses on improving students' morality, basic knowledge, creativity and practical capabilities.

She says China will try to reform its courses in middle schools and promote the application of modern information technology.

Training and management of teachers and education in rural schools will also be strengthened.
