The work plan for Guangzhou, Foshan integration, transportation infrastructure, industry development coordination and environmental protection will be discussed on the Guangzhou, Foshan 2nd Joint Conference today (Sep 25).
Guangzhou is to the east of Foshan and its Baiyun District, Liwan District, Panyu District and Nansha District connect directly with Foshan. The integration within districts will be carried out mainly in these districts with their Foshan neighbours.
The two cities on this meeting will discuss co-effort on water and air protection, dangerous waste treatment, bio Greenland construction, and coordination in developing modern service, advanced manufacturing, hi-tech industry and well-developed industries.
On the meeting, the two delegations will also discuss the plan on building rail system, integrating taxi business and integrating part of their bus systems.
