The GDP of Guangdong province grew 10.7 percent to 1.6 trillion Yuan in the first half. The CPI of the province rose 7.5 percent in the first half, 0.1 percent lower than the first 5 months of this year, according to the latest figure from Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
The growth of CPI in Guangdong is 0.4 percent lower than the country in the first half and in June the index fell to 6.8%, a new low point in the last 5 months, but price pressure is still exits.
The per capita disposable income of the Guangdong people reached 10,293 Yuan, up 10.8 percent over the same period last year. The province鈥檚 budget revenue increased 31.3 percent to 176 billion Yuan.
The exports slowed down in the first half, the province had a trade surplus of 51.15 billion U.S. dollars, a decrease of 46.2 percent over the same period last year.
