A photo exhibition reflecting Guangdong's fight against the severe stormy weather and the relevant relief work just before the Spring Festival holiday opened in the Guangzhou Art Museum. Our reporter Li Hui has more.
26 photos were awarded, with 6 getting the top prizes. One of the award-winning photos, four solders asleep while standing, was taken by Shao Quanda.
"I was touched by their hard work, they were so tired that they fell asleep while standing up, so I photographed it from that angel and I also learned a lot from my experience covering the storm."
