Beginning July 9, 2007, passengers will be able to fly directly to Phuket, Angkor, Yangon, Vientiane and other East-South Asian cities from Guangzhou. In the past, passengers from Guangzhou could only fly to these cities with transfers in Hong Kong, Bangkok or Phnom Penh.
The opening of direct flights to these East-South Asian cities will save transfer costs and trouble, and also make traveling easier for the passengers. Now such flights are already in the computer sales system, open to inquiries, reservations and ticket purchases.
