It has been learned from the press conference of the 5th Tea Culture Festival that the 5th Guangzhou International Tea Culture Festival, the 8th Guangzhou International Tea Exposition and the Pan-pearl Delta Tea Culture Summit Forum will be held from November 8th to 11th at the Guangzhou International Conference and Exhibition Centre. These events are approved by the Guangzhou Municipal Government since Guangzhou has abundant experience in holding such large-scale Tea Culture Events.

There will be 600 exhibition booths in this Tea Exposition. In addition, there will be new measures adopted which are aimed at serving the tea business. Among the measures are the "Recommended Product and Brand Project" which is aimed at developing the brand and promoting innovation; the "Summit Forum and Exhibition of Tea House Operation" with the object to study and discuss the consumer requirements; "The Tea Villages Tour" which will help the tea villages become internationally well-known; the international E-business platform named "Chinese Tea-loving Net" which builds a communication and transaction platform for tea culture, tea economy and precious tea culture appliances.

It will be an absolute feast for tea lovers, for during this Tea Culture Festival, the tea picking songs and dances will be performed; the Chinese folk handmade crafts will be shown; the local delicacies can be sampled and the articles with distinct national characteristics can be appreciated. There will also be a series of cultural activities which include the publishing of books, pictures, poems related to the theme of tea; the photography exhibition on the beautiful scenery of the tea villages; the craft shop of ceramics; the communication on the different schools of tea arts and traditional local drama performance.
