Guangzhou Public Security Bureau has issued new restrictions for entertainment venues. The aim of the restrictions is to reduce crime such as drug dealing and using.
Night club rooms now must be equipped with transparent doors or windows. The door cannot be locked from the inside and disco music is not allowed to be played inside the private rooms.
Police officers must also petrol clubs at least twice a week.
