2010 Asian Games village begins design bidding - Guangdong - News Brief

Six design companies will map out their blueprints in March. Construction in the Village includes an athlete's village, a news center, a stadium, a park and other sports facilities.

It is designed to accommodate 14,000 athletes. According to the organizer, the Village will apply high-tech, clean energy and environmentally-friendly materials.
