New Guangzhou customs office building
Guangzhou customs office will move to Zhujiang New Town on Sep.12th. The new Guangzhou customs office building will face the Guangdong Bureau of Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine.
Huang Huiqiang, deputy director of the finance department of Guangzhou customs office introduced the new building, which has 28 floors and covers an area of over 60,000 square meters.
The new office will maintain its previous European design. The old office site in Shamian may be changed into a museum that will exhibit the history of Guangzhou customs.
