Guangdong to accelerate its eastern development - Guangdong - News Brief

The inspection covered areas including Shanwei, Chaozhou and Jieyang. The purpose was to find ways to accelerate Eastern Guangdong's development. After the inspection, Zhong held a meeting where he emphasized the importance of developing eastern Guangdong as a focal point in the province.

He also urged Eastern Guangdong to adopt eight strategies that highlight infrastructure development, industrial structure upgrading, and improvements in transportation and vocational education.
