Guangdong Information Industry Department declared yesterday(July 25th) that the province's information industry hit a production value of 1 trillion yuan in 2005, accounting for over 33% of the national total.
Secretary of Guangdong CPC Committee Zhang Dejiang commented that this is a great achievement for the industry, making it become the no.1 mainstay industry in Guangdong.
Guangdong information industry's production value is number one in the nation, which sums the totals of Jiangsu and Shanghai.
