Zhuhai officially launched an automated computerized control system on its bus service. The system informs the passengers the bus arrival time information posted on the 10 electronic boards scattered across Zhuhai¡¯s bus stops.

The board will update the arrival information every eight seconds. Instead of wasting time in waiting for buses, passengers can take the bus based on the schedule. Staying at home or at office, passengers can also log on the website www.zhits.com.cn to get the relevant information.

According to an officer at Zhuhai¡¯s transportation department, Zhuhai¡¯s bus control will enter into an instant data update and follow-up era.
