Huang says that Guangdong has been known as one of China's most dynamic places with active economic performance, positive foreign trade and a huge business volume as well as the favorable opportunity and capacity in attracting foreign investment and capital account operation, and he concludes into six advantages¡£

Firstly, Guangdong possesses a large gross economic value. The provincial GDP hit RMB 1.3626 trillion yuan the previous year, accounting 1/9 of the country's total stationing the top position. The export and import volume, actual investment volume, general state revenue, resident's deposit balance stay in advance place of the country, accounting separately 1/3, 1/4, 1/7 and 1/7 of the country's total.

Sixthly, Guangdong contains a vast development potential power. The cooperation in the Pearl River Delta and Pan- Pearl River Delta region greatly widens the hope and space of Guangdong.
