The 96th Chinese Export Commodities Fair (Canton Fair) dropped curtain to its swollen size on Saturday (Oct. 30) in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province, with its number of purchasers and deal volume hitting a fresh record.
Some 167,926 purchasers, an increase of 5.8 % from 203 countries and regions, participated the fair.
The fair's total trading volume climbs at USD 27.2 billion, up 11% over the last fair. Guangdong delegation, with USD 3.07 billion, a growth by 9.3%, stays top of commercial quantity.
The commercial brand initiative ideology achieves considerably and marvelously in this fair. A larger expansion to the booths for brand exhibitions to meet the increasing demand from the tradesman, the trade volume of this commodity hit 5.25 billion USD, up 18.4% over the last fair.

The fair evidently yardsticks China's foreign trade. It is estimated, in about 10 years, the purchasers increases from over 40000 to 160000, the trade volume increases from USD 5 billion to USD 27.2 billion.
