First, Fujian includes the regional cooperation into its long-term development scheme, and attach great importance to ten key fields with cooperation potentials: infrastructural construction, industry and investment, business and trade, travel, agriculture, labor, science-education and culture, informationalization process, environmental protection and sanitation.

Second, Fujian enhances cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao in finance, tourism, communication, and trade etc.
 
Third, Fujian is to strengthen infrastructure construction cooperation with other members. Fujian will make its effort to break trade barriers and realize the transport network connection.

Forth, Fujian continues the construction of Taiwan straits west bank agricultural test zone and will expand cooperation with Taiwan entrepreneurs, and promoting economic and cultural, science and technology cooperation.

Wu Xinxiong, director of Jiangxi delegation, deputy Party Secretary of Jiangxi Province, Executive Vice Governor

Jiangxi is rich in various kinds of resources, labor, mining, etc. Jiangxi makes its efforts to build marketable and legal mechanism for enterprises.

Yu Youjun, Director of Hunan Delegation, Vice Governor of Hunan Province:

Hunan is keen on boost cooperation with other provinces. Hunan sees three large-scale regional cooperation activities within a year.
The first time is the economic and trade fair held in Shenzhen in last Oct. More than 600 projects were signed totally valued at 110 billion yuan. The second is that the economic and trade delegation led by Zhang Dejiang, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Guangdong Province paid visit to yunnan. Over 90 signing projects is with the contract value exceeding 38 billion yuan. And the third is this PPRD trade fair.

1. Attaching great importance of the implementation of the PPRD Regional Cooperation Frame Agreement in a short and long period.

Yang Daoxi, Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

1. With the implementation of CEPA, Guangxi is to enhance cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao.
2. Accelerate the construction of transportation projects connecting Guangxi with other provinces/regions in PPRD
3. Guangxi is to expand regional cooperation in all aspects.
4. Guangxi, with help of other '9+2' members, will exert its effort to hold a successful China-ASEAN Expo.

Li Lihui, Vice Governor of Hainan Province:

1. Increasing investment return by improving government's function and optimizing market.
2. Optimizing Hainan's industrial structure
3. Expanding industrial chain and boost development of small and medium enterprises
4. Actively carrying out PPRD Regional Cooperation Frame Agreement
5. Improving Hainan's investment environment

Yang Zhiwen, Director of Sichuan Delegation, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province:

According to the PPRD Regional Cooperation Frame Agreement, Sichuan will improve investment environment. Sichuan enjoys rich natural resources, and has nurtured a batch of sound enterprises. The next PPRD Regional Cooperation Forum will be held in Sichuan with credit and support of 9+2 members.

Zhang Qunshan, Director of Guizhou Delegation, Vice Governor of Guizhou Province:
