Fair to see its peak in contract signing

Till Apr. 27th, Guangdong delegation won contracts valuing 4.749 billion RMB on the Canton Fair, up 18.27% over last year and accounting for 23.73% of the total contract volume of the fair.

Price raised

Due to the price hike of domestic law material and shortage of energy supply, most products' price of the fair see increases, big or small. The new products, specifically, are up 10-15% in price.

Products with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Popular

Products with IPR are popular on the fair despite of their relative high price.¡¡New design of ceramics, infra-red teapots¡¡and other new products are popular among many purchasers.

Source reveals, Thursday will be the prime day for contract signing, when purchasers finish their two-day survey around the fair. Considering the current contract volume, most exhibitors expect the total deal value will go beyond their expectation.
