Residents must pass a temperature check before they can enter their apartments. For those whose body temperature is over 37.3℃, visitors should be asked to leave, while owners or tenants should place themselves under self-quarantine at home and report to the community residents committee in a timely fashion.
In addition, property management agencies need to clean and disinfect public areas at least once per day, including the lobby, corridor, parking lot and staircase.
Elevators should be disinfected at least four times each day and the ventilating system should be working normally at all times too.
Indoor areas should be ventilated two to three times a day for no less than 30 minutes each time.
No carpets should be placed at both the entrances and exits. If absolutely necessary, the carpet should be rinsed and disinfected every day.
In case of a disinfectant shortage, property management agencies should ask for help from the community residents committee.
