Intangible culture heritage is fashion. Silk Road Intangible Heritage Fashion Show is set to start from December 27th to 29th in Nansha, Guangzhou. An award for the Fashion Week and a conference on the development of cultural and creative industries in Nansha will also be held during the event.

According to the organizer, the fashion show is one of the major events as a closing ceremony for the 2019 Guangzhou Cultural Industry Fair. It invites designers from more than ten countries including the US, Russia, UK and France, and sheds light into the ways to integrate tradition and fashion.

The Fashion will include a wide range of activities-a red carpet, fashion show brought by high-profiled fashion designers, intangible culture exhibition and performance and the Silk Road ‘Jin Lei Award’.

Participants will also discuss on the path to establish a platform for artists from the ‘Belt and Road’ as well as the rest of the world which aims to enhance cooperation on design, exhibitions and investment.

The event is also expected to inject vitality into Nansha’s traditional industry and provide new perspectives to development its cultural industry.
